Not the teen titans I grew up reading. It tries too hard to be serious or horror like. It fails to be entertaining and comes off as a pretentious wanna be. Its not teen titans, the vibe is all wrong.

Show jumped all over to much. Could not make heads or tails of a story line. Found most episodes very boring.

This has nothing to do with the Teen Titans that I had hoped it would be. The only praise I can give the show is that the costuming looked nice. I can't imagine how anyone who has seen teen Titans, teen Titans go, or young Justice could have enjoyed this. It does not follow the common story at all.

This show has me puzzled. It is trying to be too many things at once, primarily feeling like setting the table for other DC Universe shows. The cast leaves nothing to complain about, except for Trigon who looks plain bland. Thwaites brought a lot to Robin, elevating the character to a new level. Diop is also phenomenal; her character was the most fun to see on screen. The controversy behind a black Starfire is something I never understood, and maybe we needed a black Starfire. The finale was really great and the end credits scene promises an interesting arc for the second season that I am sure to watch.

A CW clone which insist on using unnecessary profanity. No understanding of the source material. The cartoon network version was more adult and more fun.
